Kayan was the most welcoming, friendly and gorgeous hostel we’ve stayed at! Pete and the team are the best hosts, we went out surfing, had family dinners and played a lottt of cards together. They also helped sort tours, bikes and gave some great spots to eat. We’ll be back! <3

Sun & Surf Hostel, que se encuentra a 7 min a pie de Playa de Alegria y a 23 km de Magpupungko Rock Pools, ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y baño compartido en Santa Monica. i had a lovely stay at sun & surf for 2 weeks! :) the owner Paul and host Ming are amazing people who spent time with us and made us feel so welcome ❤️ it was my first time staying in a hostel and i couldn’t have asked for more! the stay was comfy, place was clean, and the neighbours were very friendly too. Ming is also a great surf instructor and i went surfing with him from the hostel many times. highly recommend!

It felt like you were part of a big family. The workers here were so kind and helpful. Some nights we had a family dinners and eating delicious food. Really recommend this place!

Sir JJ and Gino were great hosts, providing recommendations on what you can do around the island and help when requested. They helped with arranging transport from and to the airport and also arranged motorbike for me to use to go around the island. Their restaurant in the location serves great food and great atmosphere. On the nights, the area was very peaceful, and I was able to get a good night sleep. Also very close to the beach, mini-shops, cafés and walkable distance.
