RomaniaAlthough the breakfast was included in the price we booked on booking because of the discounts offered by booking due to the loyalty progemmes, we didn't receive any breakfast and we were requested to pay extra money for having breakfast🤢. Also, for the accommodation, we needed to pay additional costs/taxes because the receptionist said that the price on booking is not the same with the price of the hotel did not agree with booking company for the discounts. What a shame! Despite all these facts, I appreciated that we received a better room than the one initially booked.
