The great, homey atmosphere at this place is just so nice when far away from home. The living room is cozy with beautiful post cards, surf books and art work. And Chris is just the best thing about it! He gave me great recommendations go get around and one morning we went surfing together, which was amazing! Scooters with surfboard rack and surfboards are available for rent. I also liked the cleanness of the place and the filtered water tap in the kitchen to stay hydrated without the plastic waste. I wish I could stay longer cause had such a nice stay. Highly recommend this place!

Το Dulan Tranquilo Hostel 台東都蘭晃輕鬆背包客棧 βρίσκεται σε Donghe, σε απόσταση 1 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Qianqiao και παρέχει καταλύματα με κήπο, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης, κοινόχρηστο... The staffs and the volunteers are very friendly! Highly recommended if you pay a visit to Dulan!

I immediately felt welcome and was introduced to some of the other guests, who I ended up getting dinner with. Any hostel can give you a bed, this one gave me a fantastic experience and some lovely friends. thank you Shaun.

Το Dulan The Travel Bug Bistro Inn είναι σε Donghe και προσφέρει παραθαλάσσια καταλύματα, σε απόσταση 1 χλμ από Παραλία Qianqiao. Best hostel I’ve stayed, the pictures do not do it justice! There is just something special about Dulan and the travel bug. Everyone ends up extending their stay or wishes they had. I was recommended this hostel by someone in passing and I will continue that trend and recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Το 40Inn Backpackers Warehouse βρίσκεται στην πόλη Taitung, σε απόσταση 500μ. από το χωριό Τέχνης Taitung Railway Art Village και 700μ. από το ναό Taitung Zhonghe. Το hostel απέχει 700μ. To be honest, I cannot find one thing that I did not liked. Owners/staff are great and willing to help you with everything you need! My trip would be completely different If I have not met them! Bathroom and shower is outside a room which I really liked. Room is spacious and you can access your bed from the side which I really appreciate. You can set up your own code for a locker so you do not need to carry a key everywhere. Nice kitchen with a lot of kitchen utensils. Washing machine and dryer are just on the corner literally 30s by foot. Great food recommendations and also help with booking a ferry, providing public transport timetables and even arranging a taxi early in the morning were services that really made a difference. I hope I would be able to come back.

The place is not usual hostel but you feel more like in the family. The bed is comfy and even if you are sharing the room with others you still have your privacy. The room is bright with window so you have always fresh air inside. The wifi is working well and downstairs is cozy area where you can chill. If you order breakfast you won't regret! The meal is freshly made with lots of veggies and fresh made bread! I've never had that amazing breakfast in any accommodation. Also Jamie is super friendly and give you recommendations for places where to go and where to eat! Make sure you book more nights because in Luye is many places where to go and the area is so beautiful!
