It was my first time staying in a hostel in a shared room and I loved it. The staff is extremely attentive and always tries to help with any questions. The bathroom in the room is cleaned daily and the shower is excellent, which made showering after a day at the beach amazing. On top of that, the beds are comfortable, the bed linens are clean, and the towels are fresh as well. The common areas of the hostel are great for relaxing and socializing. I felt safe the entire time, and there are lockers inside the rooms to store personal items. Finally, the location is perfect—close to the beach and everything you need to fully enjoy Honolulu. Without a doubt, I will stay at this hostel again.

The vibe you find at Open Gate Hostel is hard to explain and find somewhere else. Staying here was one of the best decisions I have made throughout my two weeks in Hawaii. Staff is truly super (helpful, friendly, welcoming, helpful) and the people you meet there are just amazing. My private room was large, comfortable, and clean. Bathrooms and kitchen were very clean, too. Location is incredible.

Located on the southern coast of Honolulu Island, this hostel is one block from Kuhio Beach and the Honolulu Zoo. The Polynesian Hostel offers comfortable accommodations. Great location, staff amazing!

My stay at Honu Waikiki by ALOH was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the most wonderful staff who truly made this hostel feel like a home away from home. A special shout-out to Emi (boss ;) ), Paige, and Joe, who were consistently friendly, incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great experience. Their warm hospitality and genuine care for guests really set Honu Waikiki apart. One of the highlights of my mornings was definitely the delicious morning cookies – a perfect start to each day! I was also incredibly impressed by the dedication of the cleaning personnel. The entire property was impeccably clean everywhere you went, from the common areas to the dorms and bathrooms. This level of cleanliness made for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Honu Waikiki by ALOH is a gem in Honolulu, offering not just a place to sleep but a vibrant, welcoming community, I have now so many friends from around the world in my instagram, it’s a great place to make new friends. If you're looking for a clean, friendly, and well-managed hostel with an amazing team, look no further. I highly recommend Honu Waikiki to anyone visiting Honolulu – you won't be disappointed!

Το The Beach Waikiki Boutique Hostel είναι στη Χονολουλού, σε απόσταση 400μ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Kuhio Beach και διαθέτει καταλύματα με κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge, ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης... Very friendly stuff, easy to make new friends, so close to the beach and shops! The room was clean but also depends on how clean the people are that you share a bathroom with… we weren’t very lucky.

I really enjoyed the staff, they were so polite and helpful. The activities really brought people out of their shells and helped make a lot of friends.

Το Pahoa Village Hostel είναι σε Pahoa, 200μ μακριά από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Lava Tree State Park και 4,5 χλμ από Lava Tree State Monument. Έχει κήπο και κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge. The place is amazing, the rooms are big and has a good view to nature. There are only 3 rooms which make it even better as there is no one disturbing. We really enjoy our stay and we will recommend it.
