First of all Bean is an exceptional host, very responsive and always helpful. Hostel is very chilled out with large common space with pool table, table football, swimming pool, board games, karaoke, etc. so you can do lot of activities with other fellow travellers. It is located in a very quiet location, away from all the street noise, so all you can hear are sounds of nature. They also cook in there whole day, I loved noodles with pork. But avoid burger, which was one of the worst I've had. I had a private room, which was very basic, practically just a mattress on the ground, but with private bathroom, so still very good deal for the price, and you usually spend all time in common space anyway :) Now, to take guided loop tour with this hostel was a great decision and I can't image doing it elsewhere. We were a small group, just 11 people and had a awesome time doing 4 days loop, so prepare yourself for a mind-blowing views and a lot of delicious food, karaoke and happy water :D

The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. My easy rider was amazing — he was kind, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt safe and comfortable throughout the journey. The route was stunning, with breathtaking views, well-planned stops, and plenty of opportunities to learn about the local culture. The accommodations were clean and cozy, and the food was delicious at every stop. This trip was truly the highlight of my time in Vietnam. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering the Ha Giang Loop. Thank you for an incredible adventure and lifelong memories!

I was invited to the rooftop in the evening — such a nice touch!

Very nice hotel. We stayed for one night, but everything was great. Excellent value for money, very nice host, great location in the center, but just aroun the corner so it is calm. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
