Majan is a peaceful residential community in Dubai, right next to Al Barari and close to Global Village. It offers a calm retreat with everything you need nearby. You will find plenty of supermarkets within minutes, including Carrefour, West Zone, Blue Mart,Gala and Grandiose, along with cafés, pharmacies, gyms, and salons — making it convenient for both short and long stays. Majan is very well connected via Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), giving quick access to Dubai’s most famous destinations: Global Village – 5 minutes IMG Worlds of Adventure – 7 minutes Dubai Mall & Burj Khalifa – around 18 minutes Mall of the Emirates – around 20 minutes Dubai Marina & JBR Beach – around 22 minutes This makes Majan an ideal base, close enough to reach Dubai’s shopping, dining, and nightlife hotspots, yet quiet enough to relax and recharge at the end of the day.
