Destil started in Tirana in 2014 by a group of friends aiming at open creative and shared spaces as a response experimented its program by combining architecture, cultural initiatives and sustainable economy. During 5 years Destil has established a dialogue with the local and international community of young minds. The vision of Destil has expanded and is now hosted in a building constructed in 1938, located in the area facing the New Boulevard Zogu 1. The current spaces and the program aim at learning, experimenting and sharing through art and other disciplines, while keeping the dialogue with the city and the other local, international and imaginary territories. Wether it is about an exhibition, a working space, coffee or drink, we invite each of our B&B guests for a visit at Destil Creative Hub.

Located in a 1930`s historical building, Destil Bed & Breakfast offers an excellent location. The building is one of the few remaining from the Italian rationalist architecture in Albania. It has undergone full restoration in September 2018, respecting the spirit of the period . Destil B&B has only four rooms, with en- suited modern bathroom, decorated with thoughtful design and a minimalistic industrial style. Each choice resembles high quality, making the property a great fit for leisure travellers, business travellers, couples and even families. Our B&B offers the necessary amenities such as Wifi, Netflix, Flat TV, Balcony, Prime location, to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable.

Neighbourhood information

The building was erected during the 30's and has served as apartments of Italian senior officers during the Fascist Occupation. During Communism has been part of the Block, an area with highly restricted access for the civilians. The house of the former dictator is just a few steps away, as well as other Political Bureau member houses, now converted to trendy bars and restaurants.
