It is a private property located in Shkozet ,Durres 22km from Mother Theresa Airport (20-30min drive ) , from the nearest beach is almost 1.1 km (2-3 minutes drive ,10-15 mik walk ) and from the center of the city is 2,9 km ( 3-5min drive ,20-30 min walk) . Main road not more then 20meters .
Public transportation can be reached in 2-3 minutes just by walking , which takes you to the center of the city or to the beach .
It is a quiet place with lots of greens.
There are other habitants in the same building and also our family lives here .
The roooms are recently renovated .

More then happy to welcome guests that come to visit our country.
If you are in need of something do not hesitate to ask .
It is a quiet neighborhood, friendly environment.
Markets , bakery, bar’s, pharmacy, mobile ooperators are located 1 min far just by walking.
