Vila 5 dates back to year 1900, where a very important Italian General used to live during Italian invasion of Durres city. He build this villa 125 years ago for his family, so they could have the sea view in front and the castle view on the back, to be in the beginning of the hill close to the forest in the fresh air, 5 minutes walking to the sea, 50 meters far from the Amphitheater and the castle, and 5 minutes walking to the city center. The building has been carefully restored by professionals, so it would not loose the originality and the Italian style.

As the newest place in Durres, we offer you the privacy, cleanliness and cozy rooms near the Adriatic sea in the city centre. You can easily visit by walking the beach, the city centre, the Durres Amphitheater, the Durres Castle and the King Zog Villa.
