Our two-storey house is located not far from downtown(15 minutes of walk) in a quiet, silently, and safe area. We can offer you a whole flat, which includes a private room and bathroom, kitchen, living room on the first floor(ground floor) of our house. The room is comfortable, clean, and has a simple light interior, compact furniture, and insulated laminate. There is a large kitchen, everything necessary for the cooking - stove, extractor fan, hot/cold water, dishes, towels, etc ... The bathroom is combined, and new plumbing is installed. If you are traveling by public transport, we can meet you at the bus/train station and drive to the guesthouse (for free). Have you tried Armenian cuisine? It is the exact time and exact place to discover the large range of Armenian homemade dishes. Our region is famous for its nature, historical sightseeing, monasteries, castles, and if you are interested in nature, history, culture, the medieval architecture our pleasure will be to organize excursions and tell you a lot of interesting about our homeland.

We do our best to make Armenia a lovely place where guests from different parts of the world can find inner peace and inspiration. We love to meet guests, tell them our story and hear their stories, share our bread with them, and show the sights of our region if possible. Located in a good area, practically in the center of the city, 20 minutes walk from the railway station, nearby is the city park, "Armenia" sanatorium, 2 churches with classical Armenian architecture.
