Our family-friendly holiday home is located in a quiet and sunny hillside location between Bad Kleinkirchheim and St. Oswald at almost 1,300 m above sea level. It is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours in the Nockberge Biosphere Park. Only 5 minutes by car to the Brunnachalmbahn gondola station, to the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim, and to the thermal baths of Bad Kleinkirchheim. 15 minutes by car to Lake Millstatt. A children's playground with a table tennis table, a sun lawn with sun loungers, and a barbecue area can be freely used by our guests. Free parking and storage spaces for cars (1 parking space per apartment) and bicycles are available.  Our in-house sauna is also available for our guests.  In addition, you have the opportunity to purchase organic-quality wines, schnapps, and juices from our own production. Upon your arrival, we welcome you with a homemade "Schnapserl" at our reception, which is the meeting point for our guests in the house. Here you'll find a cozy seating area and an espresso machine.
