The 3-room apartment with a bathroom, a separate WC, a storage room, an underground parking space and a panoramic view of the center of Brand is extremely well located. Despite its privileged location, the apartment is quiet. The house in which it is located, with the address Mühledörfle 122, is slightly set back from the main road. In addition, the municipal road is never very busy, as Brand, located at the end of the Brandner Valley, has no through traffic. In addition to this almost idyllic location, the vacation apartment, which was completed in 2023, also offers many other useful features: It offers space for up to seven people. In addition to the six standard beds in the two bedrooms (two double beds + one bunk bed), the sofa bed in the living room is very practical and offers a high-quality sleeping space for an additional person. The deep and very spacious terrace faces in two directions and guarantees sun in the morning and afternoon, if the mighty peaks of the Rätikon allow it. Vacation guests can also count on almost everything in terms of equipment to make their vacation the most beautiful “season” of the year.
