Relax in our quiet home in the middle of the green part of Vienna.
The newly renovated studio is in an absolutely quiet location in Hietzing. With around 48m2 it offers a cozy home for four people. The apartment is equipped with all amenities: fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine, kettle and cooking utensils, modern bathroom with waterfall shower, comfortable bed and sofa. The entire furniture is brand new and lovingly selected by us.
Directly after entering you reach the brand new kitchen, which serves as a passage into the sleeping and living area. The studio is spacious and equipped with a comfortable 1.60m bed, a sofa and a small table and two chairs. From there you get into the bright bathroom with window.
We provide you with everything you need so that you can arrive with us in a relaxed manner. This of course includes towels and bed linen, but also a welcome package of coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets, etc. If you need anything else during your stay, please let us know and we will try to find a solution.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a two-story house in the middle of Hietzing. We live on the first floor and will be happy to welcome you personally. We are of course also available to answer your questions and concerns quickly.
Access to our house is via the shared garden, but the rear area is reserved for our family. The entire apartment is available exclusively to our guests.
