Das Haus Central befindet sich nur ca. 2 Fahrminuten vom Skigebiet Unterberg Action Hill entfernt, auch die Skibegiete Winklmoos/Steinplatte sind nur 15 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto entfernt. In der Skihütte direkt im Ortskern von Reit im Winkl leihen sich die meisten meiner Hausgäste das Material zum Skifahren aus, dies können Sie auch schon vorab online organisieren, sodass Sie vor Ort diesen Stressfaktor vermeiden können.
Der Loipeneinstieg befindet sich auch nur einige Gehminuten von unserem Haus entfernt. Mit dem Skibusnetz kann man überall kostenlos hin befördert werden.
Da sich unser Haus in der Dorfmitte befindet, sind alle Restaurants zu Fuss in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Direkt hinter unserem Haus befindet sich das Romantikhotel Gasthof Post, dort kann man nach dem Essen auch noch an der Hotelbar verweilen, wo man auch viele Einheimische antreffen kann. Wir bieten Halbpenison im Gasthof Dorfstadl an, dass sich ca. 2 Gehminuten vom Haus befindet.

Kössen bietet ein grandioses Wander- und Bikenetz. Mit der Kaiserwinkl Card können Sie kostenlos das Waldschwimmbad und das Ostufer vom Walchsee geniessen. WIr haben kostenlos Räder zum erkunden der Landschaft.
