The House Flora at the Kaiser is located in Sebi, a district of Niederndorf, at the foot of the Zahmer Kaiser. The direct view of the Kaiser mountains offers beautiful views in every season. It is a single-family house that we ourselves inhabit with three generations. The guest apartment is on the lower level of the house and is accessible without stairs.
Directly in front of the house is a parking space for a car or motorcycles. There is a storage place for skis, sleds, or bicycles at the house or, upon request, in the garage.
A private south-facing seating area with a rustic bench and large table in front of the house is reserved solely for guests.
For a peaceful end to the day, we are also happy to share our large terrace with a magnificent view of the Zahmer Kaiser. Here, one can enjoy not only a warm summer evening but also a clear frosty winter hour by the crackling campfire with hot drinks, which is an unforgettable highlight for nature lovers.
