JUFA Hotel Altaussee is located at the foot of the imposing Loser Mountain in the heart of the Ausseerland region in the Salzkammergut. It offers a saltwater steam bath and a sauna area.
At the JUFA Altaussee, there is also a café, a sun terrace with mountain views, a playroom and a playground, a cinema, an indoor sports centre, and a heated ski and ski boot storage room. WiFi is free of charge in public areas.
The impressive Altaussee Salt Worlds, a historic salt mine, are directly opposite. In winter, the slopes of the Loser-Sandling ski area end right next to JUFA Altaussee.
