Seehaus 22 is our most personal project — a home we fully designed and built ourselves. From the start, our vision was a modern, spacious retreat directly by the lake, filled with natural light, clean lines, and a sense of calm. Large windows and an open layout ensure you can enjoy lake views from almost every room. The house offers several inviting indoor and outdoor spaces: a bedroom with a private balcony, multiple terraces and patios on the ground floor, and cozy corners to read, relax, or enjoy the fresh air. The large private garden with its small stone beach is perfect for lounging on the grass, playing ball games, or resting under the trees. In summer, you’re welcome to pick fresh fruit from our small garden. The lake is the heart of Seehaus 22. In summer you can swim, snorkel, dive, canoe, or stand-up paddle; in winter, the lake sometimes freezes and becomes a natural ice-skating area. Created for comfort, space, and slow moments, Seehaus 22 is the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. We hope you feel as at home here as we do.

We are Isabel and Robert, a couple living here in the beautiful Wagram–Kamp Valley. Hospitality is more than our profession — it’s truly our passion. After many years in the hotel industry, we always dreamed of creating something of our own. Easy access to the highway, and you can reach Krems and the Wachau in just 10 minutes by car. Wine tastings, charming villages, river views, and Austria’s most famous cultural sites are all right at your doorstep.
