There is also a ski & hiking bus stop right next to the Chalet in the "Wolfegg" district. The bus runs regularly, every 15-30 minutes throughout the Summer and Winter months. When booking a Chalet Apartment, your car is well looked after in the covered garage. For Chalet Rooms there is also an outdoor car park directly next door. In the elegant Apartments for 4-11 people, you have unlimited freedom. You can cook your own meals or indulge in Warth’s culinary delights. In our partner Hotel Lechtalerhof, there is always a table for Lux Alp guests and the stylish cocktail bar with an open fire invites you to stay well into the Winter evenings. The Chalet has a fantastic sauna and wellness zone, "SPA de LUX", with a Finnish sauna, steam bath, bio sauna and a crackling fire. There is a relaxation room which opens out onto the sun deck and straight into fresh snow… perfect for "Deep Snow Hydrotherapy"! Depending on your check-in time, the Key Card for the Chalet Apartment or Room is handed over via the Key Box in the entrance area by self-check-in. And yes, there are wonderful hiking opportunities around our house!

Welcome to the Lux Alp Chalet in Warth am Arlberg. We are delighted that you are planning to spend the most beautiful time of the year with us. In our region, the wonderful Arlberg and the Lechtaler Alps show us their most natural side and our Lux-Alp Chalet combines cosy design with modern living. Situated on the sunny slope of Warth with an exhilarating view of the majestic mountain “Biberkopf” (Beaver’s Head), the two houses look like an original Walser homestead and fit into the magical landscape perfectly. Architecturally, experts have praised the Lux Alp for its "Golden Ratio" and its equally harmonious, natural construction. To the West, you can see the small mountain village of Warth and to the East and North, the striking Widderstein, a massif in the mountains around the valley of Kleinwalsertal. The entrance to the largest and most luxurious skiing area in Austria, "Ski Arlberg", is metres from the Chalet: 340 kilometres of pistes from Warth to St. Anton - pure skiing fun! Nearby restaurants, the village dairy and the grocery store are within walking distance.

The Lux Alp Chalet is located directly on the "Lechweg" (The Lech is one of the last free flowing rivers in Europe!) and several stages of this trail can be completed from Warth without having to relocate. Voted “Austria’s most beautiful place” in 2017, hiking to the Körbersee should be on your list, and the hike over the suspension bridge in Holzgau back to the waterfall also has its charm. Additionally, Wartherhorn and Karhorn have their own individuality where you can do a Klettersteig (a fixed rope route): appealing for very sporty people! Our two local mountains, "Biberkopf and Widderstein", are also worth climbing of course. Warth is an ideal "outdoor playground" for sports enthusiasts and families alike: canyoning, rafting, climbing, cooking at the campfire, white-water rafting, swimming and much more. Whether you are interested in art, culture, architecture or delicious cuisine, the region’s closeness to nature is evident, from the grandeur of the mountains right down to the small, loving details.
