We have been renting out rooms and holiday apartments here in Scheffau for 10 years. We love living here in the newly built Panorama Residence building within easy walking distance of Scheffau Gondola in the middle of Austria's biggest interconnected ski resort (90 all-modern lifts & gondolas) and enjoy the great views of the Wilder Kaiser mountain range from our balcony.

Property information

Panorama Residence in Scheffau am Wilden Kaiser in Tirol has been newly built in 2014. The building features great views of the Wilder Kaiser mountain range. The holiday apartments are equipped with modern wood-design tile floors, underfloor heating and comfortable residential ventilation systems. The furniture is high-quality and the design well-coordinated. All units offer fully equipped kitchens with dining dishes and kitchen utensils.

Neighbourhood information

The gondola Scheffau is 400 metres away and easily reachable by foot in less than 5 minutes. The house is located at a small residential road immediately adjacent to the paddocks of the neighboring horse ranch.

The long-awaited construction of the almost 500m long tunnel for the B178 federal road in Scheffau has begun. In about two years, through traffic will disappear completely in the new tunnel. Unfortunately, nuisance from the construction site cannot be avoided. On weekdays it is with a certain Construction noise to be expected.
