Griaß dich! Welcome to Sonnenalp Appartements Wildschönau. In the Sonnenalp apartment building in Niederau Wildschönau, we rent out several apartments owned by Dutch owners. These are the Sonnenalp Bergruhe, Markbachjoch, Sonnhang, Ski Juwel, and Mountainview apartments. We act as an intermediary between the homeowners and holiday guests. Reservations are processed through us, and we ensure that everything is ready for a wonderful holiday in Niederau upon arrival. The Wildschönau Valley has much to offer in both summer and winter: various sporting activities, beautiful nature, and cultural attractions nearby. Many guests have enjoyed a wonderful holiday in one of the Sonnenalp apartments. We look forward to welcoming you!

This is a beautiful, recently modernized apartment in the Sonnenalp building on the first floor for up to 4 people. LAYOUT: Entrance / wardrobe. Living room: double sofa bed (150x200), dining area for 4 persons, coffee table, satellite TV, radio / cd player. Kitchen: 4-ring ceramic hob, Extractor hood, Kettle, Coffee maker, Toaster, Microwave, Oven, Fridge with freezer compartment, Storage cupboards. Bedroom: 2 bed (180x200), 2 person (children's) bunk bed (2x 80x200). Bathroom: Shower cabin / toilet / washbasin with mirror (lamp+socket). Balcony: Spacious (7,5 meters wide) and sunny with beautiful views. The rental price of this apartment includes bed linen. You can order a set of towels for a small extra charge. This will be discussed with you when booking. In the apartment Sonnenalp Markbachjoch you will receive a free Wildschönau Card from us. This card offers many advantages in both winter and summer, such as access to local museums, free guided walks, free access to the public swimming pool in summer and much more. ! The free use of cable Car is NOT included for the apartment Markbachjoch.

Neighbourhood information

Located just 300 meters from the gondola and the ski slope of Niederau. Everything can be reached on foot (ski rental, ski school, shops, restaurants, bank etc). You can basically leave the car for the whole holiday at the parking lot (s) belonging to the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped, ski room in the basement. Throughout the year there is plenty to do for young and old in the cozy Wildschönau!
