We are family Ferscha, Ines and Christoph and our two girls, Jana and Lena!

Property information

In 2018 we built our new apartments, since then they have been available to our guests from all over the world! No matter whether old or young, single guests or families, whether hikers, vacationers or cyclists, everyone is warmly welcome! A CHARGING STATION for electric cars and bicycles is now also available!

Neighbourhood information

Our apartments are right on the outskirts, on the bike path B10 towards Oggau, almost in the middle of the vineyards, with a great view of nature! 5 minutes by bike to the center, 10 to the Familypark and the Rust Beach and Pools, 15 to the Roman quarry St. Margarethen and 20 minutes to bike to Mörbisch!
