Property information

The Urban Island is a three-part residential complex designed by architect Zaha Hadid (1950–2016) located at Spittelauer Lände 10 in Alsergrund, the 9th district of Vienna. Bikers and E-bikers are welcome, and bike parking is available. A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities is located in Building 2. The "Spittelau" subway station is 300 meters away and only a few stops from the city center. The "Park and Ride Spittelau" parking garage is right next to the apartment building, providing a cost-effective option for parking your car.

Neighbourhood information

Vienna – a hotspot for events, culture and leisure and a city that inspires several million guests and vacationers every year. The upper Danube Canal has become a hip district and Urban Island is right in the middle of it. The running and cycling path along the Danube Canal, the Freeletics Park on Rossauer Lände and numerous beach bars and clubs provide variety and diversity. Due to the excellent connection to the public transport network of the Wiener Linien and the S-Bahn, all sights, cultural and leisure facilities, the city center, but also numerous local recreation areas can be reached quickly and easily. Despite the pulsating life, it is extremely quiet in the apartments due to the modern building – perfect for restful nights and a refreshing start to a new, exciting day with us in Vienna.
