The property is equipped with everyday equipment such as a fully functional kitchen, a washer+dryer, internet and TV, etc. As a welcome gift, we provide a bottle of wine and chocolate pralines free of charge. There are numerous restaurants and shops for everyday use. Our recommendation for unique restaurants in the area is the distant view, the Looshaus and the Villa Wartholz. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes drive. Skiing in winter: Spital am Semmering is in close proximity to the Stuhleck ski resort. Not only are there numerous lifts and slopes, but also ski lessons and great gastronomy. Hiking in summer: In the region there are numerous hiking opportunities and specified hiking trails. A particularly beautiful train hiking trail from Semmeringpass to Mürzzuschlag. Art and culture: If you are interested in art and culture, the Kurhaus Semmering is the ideal place for you. Numerous performances (literature, concerts, etc) take place annually at this historic venue. Especially in the summer season, nothing to be desired remains unfulfilled here.
