    Stunning views over Shoal Bay, very quiet location with easy walking distance to Fingal bay shops. Saw 🐬 🐬 🐬 and native birds everyday. Unit has a very well equipped kitchen and a lovely new bathroom. Having a second toilet was nice too....

    We h e stayed in this location four times now and will be booking again . The quite abs the peace abs the view are amazing but the air con is the things that also draws us to this unit . The location is perfect for us and we love this unit so much

Located just 40 metres across grassed space to the white sands and crystal blue waters of Shoal Bay Beach, once there you can lay back and enjoy the calm "world away" atmosphere around you.  A few minutes walk takes you to Little Beach with its fantastic children's playground, picnic BBQ area, restaurant, takeaway fish & chips shop and boat ramp. Unit 12 is positioned on the top floor providing unbelievable views.  The unit has fully air-conditioned lounge and bedrooms.  The living area comes equipped with Sony TV, Panasonic Blu-ray player/recorder and WIFI. There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities and a luxury bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet and the bonus of having a second separate toilet as well.  Sleeping accommodation is a main bedroom with queen-size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.  The main bedroom has also an enclosed balcony with daybed area so you can lie back with a book and enjoy the sunshine coming through. The internal laundry flows from the kitchen and is equipped with washer and dryer. Secure parking is available in the form of a single parking space accessed via a shared garage door.  Limited off-street v

If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing.
