Top floor unit available by booking 1/33 Scenic Drive Bermagui Relax on your holiday with the beach across the road and with coastal views. Opposite Beares Beach and walking distance to the Blue Pool and town amenities. Open plan living and kitchen, 2 bedrooms,1 bathroom, laundry. Gas and electric heating, Fenced yard, carport Linen is Not supplied please bring your own Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels. Linen hire is available by prior arrangement. Small dogs welcome and permitted inside. Limit of 1 (one) dog unless by prior written arrangement. Guests will be charged for any damage and extra cleaning caused by pet (eg where hair/waste has not been removed from the property). Please Note: The holiday occupancy may be cancelled immediately without refund, if there are noise complaints. Boat parking suitable for small boats (tinny) only. Not suitable for fishing groups.
