The property is uniquely styled to add a little fun to your stay and is perfectly located in the heart of Geelong only few mins walk to Geelong CBD and the waterfront. The property consists of 2 bedrooms, central bathroom, living area, kitchen and outdoor space. The perfect base whether it be a work trip or a getaway to explore Geelong and the greater Bellarine Peninsula. BEDROOMS On offer is a King bed (can be split to two king singles on request) and Queen in the other room. Quality linen and towels are provided for your stay. LIVING ROOM 3 seater sofa and oversized arm chair with Smart TV with free to air channels. Heating and cooling via split system air conditioner. KITCHEN Built in dining table comfortable for 4 adults, gas cooking, ALDI coffee pod machine and fully equipped with the essentials including utensils, cups, glasses, pots & pans, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Some tea and coffee is supplied to get you started. BATHROOM Separate shower with shower curtain, small lip to enter about 100mm high, bath tub, vanity and toilet. Free small hotel soaps and shampoos supplied. LAUNDRY Washing trough, top loader washing machine and dryer. OUTDOOR Outdoor dining set. There is room in front of the garage door for a small car. The garage is very long and quite high, easily accommodating a dual cab ute. Additionally, there is free on-street parking available. WIFI is available and is very fast iiNet cable. Exclusive use of the entire property and garage. Checking in late? No worries! The property uses electronic keypad locks. Simply use the pin provided when you book your stay and you can check in at any time!

Located at Alexandra Ave. One street down from Eastern beach and a short walk to Eastern and the Botanical gardens. Walk to the CBD of Geelong within 10 minutes, , where you can enjoy numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops. Avalon Airport is a 20-minute drive, Melbourne CBD is 60 minutes away, and Torquay is a 30-minute drive.
