This offbeat tiny house plants you at the foot of the Snowy Mountains with Mount Selwyn, Perisher, and Snowy Mountains National Park just a quick drive away. Smack between Tumut and Gundagai; it’s a prime launchpad for snow runs, mountain treks, or doing nothing at all. Swap screens for starry skies, ski runs, and quiet mornings that don’t ask for much—just that you show up. Enjoy a cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower. - This tiny house is equipped with a cassette toilet. To maintain its cleanliness and functionality, an additional cleaning fee will be charged separately for stays of 5 nights or more, on top of the total booking amount. Honeysuckle Double View 1 by Tiny Away is located on the edge of Red Hill. There are two tiny houses on the same property (Honeysuckle Double View 1 and Honeysuckle Hunter's Hut 2), both sit on Honeysuckle Range. Backed by hills and flanked by a running creek, this tiny house looks out over the edge of the largest state forest in the southern hemisphere. Bushwalking trails wind through the area, leading to old wool sheds, hidden waterfalls, and a lookout point over the Brungle Creek Valley. After a day outside, you can enjoy the fire pit, or watch the stars come out. Step outside to go bushwalking or hunting for feral pigs in the state pine forest. Kangaroos, wallabies, deer, and even the occasional fox roam the property, adding to the wild charm. You're just a quick drive from Mount Selwyn, Adelong Falls, the Murrumbidgee River, and the eerie beauty of Yarrangobilly Caves. Hunting is also permitted in designated areas for those seeking to explore the landscape.
