Designed with harmonious living in mind, Gainsborough Greens offers gorgeous contemporary residences situated among the natural bush environments. Enjoy walking /bicycling tracks, discovery trails, conservation areas, playgrounds, parks and sporting fields. Located all within just 45 minutes to the Brisbane city life and 20 minutes to the Gold Coast's beautiful beaches, this property will not disappoint. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Every private spacious bedroom with queen size bed is available for this listing，One room has one bed; there are no rooms with two beds .Each room accommodates up to two people, including children. You will share the toilet, bathroom for other tenant. We and our 2 toy poodle dogs live in this home. we are friendly. We'll have the normal family sounds of cooking and talking.(most of the time we were quiet) We usually relax in the media room in the evenings. Tea, Coffee and side-parking are free. You could park the road side) Please note: It's like staying in a hotel. We don't share kitchen for cooking and don't share bathtub, Massage chair and wash machine! Thanks

Drive: -2 minutes away from Bunnings ,Officework,restaurants,Coffee ,Chemist warehouse…… -3 minutes away from M1 high way -4 Minutes away from Gainsborough Greens Golf Course. -7 minutes away from Westfield Coomera -7 minutes from Costco Coomera -10 minutes from Dreamworld -10 minutes from Water World -15 minutes from Movieworld and Wet n Wild -25 minutes away from Sea world -25 minutes away from Surfers paradise
