Within close proximity to the Harbour and the City Centre 2kms walk. Find your self in a 40 sqm guest room with private entrance located on the ground floor facing front yard. Allowing you to enjoy a Tropical ambiance combine with private 12 meters swimming pool and ample space in a 1400sqm property. A comfortable 10-20 mins walk to cafés, IGA convenience store, Bay views, CBD restaurants, Woolies, Mindil Beach Sunset Market and Botanical Gardens, Darwin Airport, Electric scooters easily accessible.

Neighbourhood information

It is private residences within a quite neighbourhood in Stuart Park. Bus No 7, passing by every hour, (Stuart Park - Tipperary and DInah Beach) will take you to the city. If driving you can entry easily from Tiger Brenan Highway or from Stuart Highway. The location is easily accessible to Mindil Beach and Casino or Botanical Gardens. The BUFF Cub and Dinah Beach Club are the closest pubs, are less than a 10 mins walk. 500 meters opposite is the Tipperary Waters Marina estate, Dinah Beach cruising Yacht, boat rump, IGA and Liquor store. Enjoy a meal and drink up at Flying Nemo and Asian restaurant located in the Marina. The Esplanade 1.9 kms Mindil Beach and Sunset Market 1.5kms, Smith Street Mall 1.7kms and the Darwin Convention Centre 2.1kms
