Guest actions that result in triggering a fire alarm will result in a fine of up to $2000 to cover the cost of the call out fee imposed by Fire & Rescue NSW. The covering, tampering or removal of smoke detectors is extremely hazardous to the safety of our guests and will be treated severely and will result in an additional fine of up to $5000 as well as eviction from the property without recompense.
