Located in sought-after Port Elliot, this meticulously renovated home is a masterpiece of modern style and practicality. Every detail has been carefully upgraded ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay for guests. Boasting high ceilings and spacious living areas, this home offers four generous bedrooms and two dining areas, perfect for family living or entertaining. 2 queen bedrooms, one single bedroom with 2 beds plus a large master suite with king bed and ensuite give the family plenty of room to spread out. The brand-new kitchen is a place to come together, featuring high-end appliances, including a dishwasher and a 900mm wide oven with air-fry function, along with two dining options for guests to choose from. Enjoy year-round comfort with fully ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning and access to starlink wifi and our large flat screen smart tv. Outside, the landscaped gardens are designed for both relaxation and entertainment, featuring a sun deck, lush lawn, and a cozy fire pit area. The yard is fully fenced and a great spot for your furry friends. Guests are also welcome to use the supplied BBQ. With local eateries, bars, boutique shops, and beaches just a few minutes' walk away, plus Victor Harbor and Goolwa only a short drive and Adelaide just over an hour away, the property is exceptionally well located for both convenience and leisure activities.
