Please note that this is not a self-check in property, I meet all my guests to give them the keys and show them inside the apartment. Located in a quiet block of only 7, this apt offers panoramic city views and is close to everything - you can walk to Port Melbourne Beach (just 1.5km away) or to Melb CBD. Great Cafes, Pubs, Restaurants, Sth Melb Market, Crown Casino (1.5km), Exhibition Centre (1.5km), Albert Park Lake are within few mins walk or a quick bus or tram ride. Public transport’s at the doorstep with easy access to MCG, Marvel Stadium & Tennis Centre, home to the Australian Open. You'll love the wonderful jarrah parquet floors in the spacious living room/kitchen area and you'll be absorbed by the wonderful city views from either the living or bedroom. The apartment is located up three flights of stairs but I assist all my guests with the luggage if necessary so nobody needs to carry their luggage to the apartment.
I live locally and I'm always available if guests have any questions or are looking for local recommendations. I give my phone number to all my guests so I'm very easy to get in touch with. Upon arrival, I meet with the guest to give them the keys and show them into the apartment. I'll also give my guests a list of recommendations with places to eat, where to have coffee......and anything else they may ask for. I do my best to make sure the stay is as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible.
Port Melbourne, Albert Park and South Melbourne are very safe beachside suburbs, walkable to Melbourne CBD and are well connected with tram and bus public transport. The beach runs all the way to St Kilda and beyond so taking a walk by the sea in colder months gives you an exhilarating experience and during the summer months you can enjoy the beach for what it was meant for - sunbathing and swimming in the bay. Cafes, Restaurants, Pubs and shops are spread everywhere so there are plenty of relaxation and entertainment options. South Melbourne Markets is centrally located so everyone can enjoy the great foods and stalls it has to offer. These leafy suburbs are well served by lots of parklands where chids and families love to spend time.
