Hi, my name is Michael. We operate Margaret River Properties, focused on giving each of our guests an amazing experience as they play, relax, and explore our region. Being raised in Dunsborough, I have a love of the ocean in my blood. After being away for study and work, I realised how special this region is, and so once we had the opportunity, we decided to move back home to raise our family, and we have loved it since. After travelling over the years, whether in Paris, Montana or Port Douglas, I wanted to share my love of experiences with other people, so here we are sharing through Airbnb. We hope you fall in love with Dunsborough and the Margaret River region and that you can unwind in our spaces. We love experiencing coffee, amazing food and wine, and we are lucky that we have so many world-class options here! Eagle Bay’s crystal calm waters and white sandy beach is literally a stone’s throw away from the perfectly named “Beachfront”. Situated in Meelup Regional Park, this luxurious property is the perfect holiday location whatever the time of year. In summer the spacious lawn area and beach are perfect for kicking back while in winter there is no better place to watch incoming storms over the Indian Ocean than in front of its roaring fireplace. As you enter Waterfront you will immediately be impressed by the property’s character which features wooden floor boards throughout and quality artwork adorning the walls. The entrance hall leads into the lounge room which has a fireplace and comfy couches on which to enjoy satellite TV. French doors take you into the outdoor dining area, onto the spacious lawn, and then straight down to the beach. The convenient kitchenette found just off the lounge room makes cool drinks and snacks easy to grab when having that game of cricket or boules outside. The ground floor also comprises a king bedroom with beautiful garden views, a second bedroom with 2 king single beds, a laundry, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs has the wow factor!

Eagle bay is an iconic beach & prestigious area to reside with Dunsbourough being only 5 mins drive away. Dunsborough is a popular tourist town in the famous Margaret River wine region. The region boasts many great wineries, restaurants, cafes, arts and crafts and boutique shops. Renowned as one of the worlds best surf locations you will find stunning and pristine beaches with clear aqua waters including breathtaking unspoiled natural scenery with an abundance of wildlife such as whales, dolphins, kangaroos, parrots and cockatoos. The marine life is easily accessed by the numerous safe and protected snorkeling locations close by. There are numerous walking routes including the well known cape to cape trail that are suitable for all abilities. Children will be entertained by the numerous activities in the region including our famous caves!
