Welcome to Yarrawonga - Walk to Everywhere, a spacious single-level retreat perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of this vibrant lakeside town. Ideal for families and groups, the home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms and space for up to fourteen guests. Enjoy relaxed living, modern comfort and a generous layout designed for easy, carefree getaways with room for everyone to unwind. Step inside to warm, inviting living spaces filled with natural light. The home offers everything you need for a seamless stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Full linen is provided, along with an indoor fireplace for cosy nights, a bathtub for long, relaxing soaks, and a washing machine and dryer for added convenience. A smart TV, games, a pool table, and table tennis ensure endless entertainment for both adults and kids, while fast Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected. A highchair is also provided for families travelling with little ones. This home sleeps 14 people across 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 – King bed, sleeps 2 Bedroom 2 – King bed & a single bunk bed, sleeps 4 Bedroom 3 – King bed, sleeps 2 Bedroom 4 – Three single bunk beds, sleeps 6 All linens and towels will be included for your convenience. These devices do not record conversations but measure noise levels. We will only contact you if the noise exceeds a reasonable level. POOL Please note, the pool is solar-heated, not gas-heated. REGIONAL Please note that we regularly spray the property for pests, including bugs and spiders. However, during summer, mosquitoes are naturally more prevalent.
