This is my own property house size 135 square meter with a land of 700 square meter full concrete and underground Pool. The house is fully furnished. House was recently remolded
I’m the owner of this house actually I’m not living in Aruba this is one of the reason that the house is on short term rentals. Due to my Job I can’t be in Aruba, but still I’m visiting Aruba every three months.
The house location is a perfect location near all the fast food restaurants, including Supermarkets and Farmacy all are very near even can go by walking.
