Smjesten u najmodernijoj i najljepsoj zgradi u Tuzli, u zgradi Melain, ovaj moderni dvosobni stan sa prelijepim pogledom na cijelu Tuzlu i Panoniku ima sve sto vam je potrebno za odmor i ugodan boravak. Stan posjeduje potpuno nov i moderan namjestaj, odvojenu spavacu sobu, kupatilo, hodnik, kuhinju, dnevni boravak i prostor za rucavanje. Blizu je strogi centar Tuzle i pjesacka zona, Panonska jezera, tenis, setaliste Banja, kao i mnoge javne ustanove, prodavnice i restorani. Stan posjeduje i wi-fi konekciju, TV sa mnogim domacim, stranim i sportskim kanalima, kao i osnovne potrepstine koje ce vam se naci pri ruci za vrijeme vaseg boravka. Panoramski pogled na cijeli grad je predivan, kako preko dana, tako i nocu. U kompleksu zgrade Mellain se nalazi i spa i wellness centar, bazen, gym, slana soba, kao i poznato ljeciliste Aqua Bristol (dodatno se placa).
