Potpuno nov, luksuzni apartman (3+1) je luksuzno opremljen i odiše pozitivnom energijom. Posjeduje prostranu vanjsku terasu, jednu spavaću sobu sa King size krevetom te kombinirani dnevni/spavaći prostor opremljen je sa lako rasklopljivom sofa garniturom, visokotehnološkim sadržajima, uključujući NUKI smart bravu za ulazak u apartman, sef, klima uređaj, Smart TV ravnog ekrana, WI-FI s neograničenim korištenjem bez dodatnih troškova. Kuhinja je kompletno opremljena. Sve što vam je potrebno za ugodnu večer kod kuće, dostupno je u kuhinji.
EpiLux apartman površine 48m2 nalazi se na prvom spratu u novoizgrađenom objektu “Park Lake” na perfektnoj i mirnoj lokaciji u samom centru grada a tačnije na poziciji glavnog gradskog parka. Apartman je smješten na 3 minuta hoda do centra, 1 minut hoda od glavnog trga Slobode te 3 minuta hoda od Panonskih jezera. Supermarketi, trgovine, banke, apoteke, pekare, kafići, zdravstvene ustanove ali i restorani s domaćom i internacionalnom kuhinjom također su nadomak apartmana te će vas boravak učiniti jednostavnijim i ugodnijim.
Kupaonica je vrlo kvalitetno uređena i nudi komforan prostor. Opremljena je perilicom za veš te prostranim tušem. Pegla/daska za peglanje i sušilo za kosu također su dio standardne opremljenosti apartmana. Uvijek slobodan javni parking se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini apartmana. U cijenu je uključena boravišna pristojba, sve komunalije, kvalitetna posteljina, usluga završnog čišćenja i stalna pomoć u rješavanju problema koji se mogu javiti za vrijeme vašeg boravka u Tuzli. Čistoći pristupamo sa posebnom pažnjom i čvrsto obećavamo da će vam boravak biti kao kod svoje kuće..Dobro nam dosli!
