veoma nam je važno da se svaki gost osjeća sigurno i imamo takav stav prema gostima kao svojim ukućanima,
mirno naselje koje je u blizini svih fakulteta, nalazimo se u gradu a osjećaj je takav kao da smo negdje daleko u nekom divnom malom selu, gostima se izuzetno dopada miran kraj, blizina marketa, apoteke, glavne autobuske stanice, centar grada, privatnos i komunikacija naša sa gostima. objekti imaju internet velike brzine i pokrivaju svaki dio objekata.
