Experience the relaxing atmosphere and comfort of the first wellness apartment on Vlašić. Just like the surroundings, the interior of the Villa is luxurious and soothing, filled with the good energies of the nature that surrounds it. The Villa consists of three apartments. 🐻 🐺 🦌 The SPA Jelen Apartment is our pride, as it introduced the first wellness apartment in the area. Its two-story design provides ample space for 8 people, and the beautiful location offers a direct view of the forest and the stunning mountain nature. The SPA room is equipped with a Turkish sauna, a Finnish sauna, a bio infrared sauna (3-in-1), and a massage tub. From the SPA room, you can directly access the terrace, which is surrounded by nature. The Vuk Apartment is a larger unit that can accommodate up to 6 people and offers an attractive view of the Villa's courtyard. With modern furniture, it provides a homely feel and comfort for socializing and relaxation. The Medo Apartment is unique and well-designed, ideal for a couple or a family with children. It offers direct access to the house's yard, providing an ideal opportunity for socializing in the fresh air and the comfort of nature. Our primary goal is, of course, for our guests to enjoy the comfort offered by the mountains, nature, and fresh air. That is why we have put a lot of effort into landscaping the Villa's surroundings. The BBQ area, equipped with a fireplace, has enough space to gather up to 20 people, and there are heaters to make the place cozy even in winter. The outdoor garden also has a fireplace and provides a pleasant gathering spot in the warmer months. The children's playground is a very important part as it offers fun for our youngest guests and much-needed relaxation time for parents. Here, you can play basketball, football, table tennis, billiards, slide, trampoline, darts, tennis, and badminton. We also have many surprises for babies. There is a direct path leading to the forest, where there are many hiking.

Our property is located 1 kilometer from the center of Babanovac, where you can find ski lifts, hotels, and restaurants. The nearest ski slope is just 500 meters from our property, close to the ski jump. The Kukotnica area, which is part of the Vlašić recreational zone, offers you peace and quiet, away from the noise and traffic, while being just a 2-minute drive from the center. For experienced skiers, it is possible to ski directly from the slope right to our villa. The Botanička trail is only 100 meters from our property. Additionally, there is parking available right next to the property. Vlašić is known for its beautiful natural landscapes and is an ideal destination for lovers of winter and summer sports.
