In this renovated coastal villa full of charm and contemporary comfort, you can spend a wonderful holiday by the sea with 8 people. Not only will you be staying within walking distance of the sea, but you can easily reach the center of Koksijde and St-Idesbald on foot, by bike or by tram. The sunny terrace and the beautifully landscaped garden with a second terrace where you can enjoy the evening sun are also equipped with every comfort. Please take a quick look at the photos and description for more detail. Layout: Ground floor: On the street and garden level is the garage where you can park bicycles, strollers and bicycle trailer. You can park a car in front of the garage. Behind the garage is a utility room, a laundry room and a fully equipped bathroom with separate toilet. Belle-étage: The front door of the house can be reached via a staircase (see photos). Once inside you will find a spacious entrance hall, a cozy living room, a toilet, the stairs to the top and the fully equipped kitchen that gives access to the raised terrace.
