Deze duplex studio is gelegen op het gelijkvloers en het eerste verdiep op enkele stappen van de zeedijk en het strand van mariakerke .
Op het gelijkvloers is een open keuken en de zitruimte , op de eerste verdieping is een slaaphoek voorzien met een stapelbed , een afzonderlijke slaapkamer met een dubbelbed en een badkamer met toilet , douche en wasmeubel .
De studio ligt aan een tramhalte die rechtstreekt naar het centrum gaat .
