Please note that we have left a clean apartament for you, so please return it in the same way. If you prefer to have it cleaned by us, there will be an extra charge of 80 euros. The damage deposit of 150 EUR needs to be paid via bank tranfer three days before check-in, or in cash at arrivel and this is also for the cleaning fee of 80 EUR.
Please inform Sunny Home in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00.
A damage deposit of € 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
