Property information

This peace and quiet room is ideal for only one or two persons. It comes with a double bed for two, a refrigerator, Reading Desk for work or study, and TV coming soon; parking is always available on the street but may be available on the driveway depending on some factors. (No promises). There is shared kitchen, dining, and washroom.

Neighbourhood information

Very safe neighbourhood, walking distance to one of the biggest malls in the GTA, the Bramalea City Centre, central location to York Region, Toronto and the rest of the Peel Region. We are also close to 3 major highways, the 410, 407 and 427. A 5-minutes walk to the popular Chinguacousy Park.
