Το Hotel Alpenroyal βρίσκεται ακριβώς στο σημείο όπου καταλήγει η πίστα σκι Rothorn, 5 λεπτά μακριά από τον κάτω σταθμό Sunnegga (με το λιφτ) και 7 λεπτά από τον σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό Gornergrat (με το λεωφορείο). Το κέντρο του χωριού είναι προσβάσιμο σε 3 λεπτά με το λιφτ.
Η τοποθεσία αρέσει ιδιαίτερα σε ζευγάρια – τη βαθμολόγησαν με 8,8 για ταξίδι δύο ατόμων.

Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. A shuttle service from the parking area or from the train station can be provided upon request by the hotel between 8 am and 5 pm and against a surcharge.
In the mid-season (May/June and October) the lift to the village centre may have limited use.
There is currently a construction site with a crane in close proximity to our hotel. The work may temporarily affect the view from some rooms.
