We are Percy and Anna Kirkman, owners of our 4vallees4saisons professional chalet rental and sales business in La Tzoumaz and Chamonix. We love mountains and mountain sports and spend our time sharing that love with our two young daughters and our older sons. We are fluent in both English and French. Originally from England, we both followed international careers within Procter & Gamble before making a life-changing move to the mountains when we met. After becoming the keyholders for Interhome in La Tzoumaz as our first business idea, we created the 4vallees4saisons brand to actively grow our portfolio to over 70 properties by offering a high quality bi-lingual service to both our travellers and our property owners. We believe the regions of La Tzoumaz and Chamonix are both magical and we are passionate about the beauty and opportunities of the alpine area. We have access to some of the best skiing in Europe, hundreds of kilometres of majestic hiking, fantastic mountain bike trails, wonderful family footpaths, and it is a delight to visit all year round. We want other people to enjoy La Tzoumaz and Chamonix all year round, not just now, but into the future.

A delightful 3-bedroom chalet with jacuzzi to rent in La Tzoumaz Chalet Petite Arvine is named after a delicious local grape variety and sits in an elevated position with stunning views. The kitchen/living/dining space is open to the rafters and opens onto a balcony and a south-facing patio area. The outdoor space is perfect for enjoying sunny barbecues in the summer or building snowpeople in the winter. This three-bedroom chalet can sleep up to 6 people in one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The bathroom is fitted with bath, sink and WC and there is a separate guest WC on the main living level. The main living area of this family chalet is an open-plan kitchen/living/dining space with stunning views, a television and enclosed fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for holiday catering, including a dishwasher, microwave, electric filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven and hob. A technical room houses a washing machine and some ski boot dryers. The patio doors open onto the balcony and the south-facing patio area where you can sit outside.

The centre of La Tzoumaz benefits from an outdoor ice-skating rink in winter, and a children's playground area in summer, with a rope-based agility park alongside more traditional equipment such as slides. A fun channel system with running water is built into the hillside to provide plenty of entertainment for older children too. At the exit of the village the Domus playground is a fabulous spot, often bathed in late afternoon sunshine, with swings, a zipline, see-saw, climbing frames and even old tractors to clamber on. It is overlooked by an outdoor cafe (check opening hours) providing drinks, snacks and ice-creams. There are rabbits, donkeys, goats, and there is also rock-climbing on the local crag in the background (contact us for equipment and instructors). The Maison de la Foret has a cafe area for drinks and snacks (check opening hours), wildlife exhibitions and its Five Senses Nature Trail with hands-on activities to borrow such as bird-whistling and learning to draw. The Nature Trail has disabled parking and is accessible to wheelchairs and children's buggies.
