The historic hotel was opened in 1873 and dates from the earliest days of the railway service to Mount Rigi. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property. The hotel celebrates Swiss traditions and each floor of the hotel tells a story of the railway and the house. The uniquely decorated en-suite rooms at the Hotel Terrasse am See are furnished in historic style with carefully restored pieces of period furniture and old parquet floors.
