Mulino1 is a brand new renovation of the Ticino traditional stone house "Rustico" with a mix of modern and traditional styles, offering two apartments with two rooms each, bathroom, living room, kitchen and outdoor dining area. Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. We offer free wifi and a full range of amenities including a full set of brand new furniture and kitchen and kitchen appliances such as: refrigerator, coffee maker, water heater, oven, toaster, hair dryer, TV, 2-in-1 washer-dryer, iron, drying rack, cleaning supplies, and heating equipment.

We are a holiday home located in the Locarno-Ascona area, and have been operating since 2023 with a commitment to providing a quality stay and friendly service. Our goal is to make your vacation experience an outstanding one. To that end, we offer beautiful, comfortable vacation homes and are committed to providing high quality and flawless service. Whether you want more privacy, relaxation or entertainment, we can provide you with a satisfactory solution.
Mulino1 is located at Vicolo del mulino1, 6648 Minusio. Nearby attractions and landmarks include the beautiful Lake Maggiore, the scenic Sanctuary of Madonna del Sasso and the stunning Valle Verzasca. The apartment is just 100 meters from the bus stop, which provides direct access to the center of Locarno and Ascona, and is only 5 minutes away by bus. It takes only 5 minutes to get to Locarno. The supermarket chains Migros and Coop are only 300 meters away and the Lidl supermarket chain is only 500 meters away. In addition, there are many bars and cafes to choose from. Every summer, many events are held here, such as the Locarno Film Festival, Moon & Star and Jazz Ascona.
