During the check-in, we'll give you a electronic key card that for Hostel and room access; for this we ask a deposit of 5.000 CLP or 10 USD in cash as a guarantee that you will get back at the moment of the check-out.

Towels are not included in shared room rates, just in private rooms.

We have a 24-hour reception so do not hesitate to write to us with any questions. During your stay you can ask us for extra blankets, hair dryer or clothes iron at reception. You can not smoke in the rooms, balconies or closed areas, only on the terrace. The check-out deadline is at 12:00, if you want to stay longer you can store your belongings in our luggage room and enjoy our common areas or leave and return for them before 9:00 p.m.
