Our property is located in one of the most strategic places in Guatapé, just one block from the waterfront of the reservoir where you can find all kinds of water sports such as jetskis, kayaks, paddleboards, boats, floating restaurants, yachts, sailboats, and all kinds of boats to enjoy the reservoir to the fullest. You will be less than 5 minutes from the central park, and surrounded by all kinds of shops such as supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. As you make your way to the centre, take your time to admire the skirting boards, drawings and paintings in high relief that adorn the houses in the village.
