We offer private transportation for direct transfer to the apartment in Guatape, from anywhere in the city of Medellin. (ask the host for this service and its cost). We also offer money exchange to local currency Colombian pesos (COP), we receive US dollars (USD) and euros (EUR) at a very good exchange rate to facilitate your stay in our country.

Property information

Guatapé lakeview is a duplex apartment, with spectacular views of the reservoir on both levels. Fully equipped with kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 2 balconies, wifi and hot water is located on the 4th floor of the building, although it does not have an elevator, it has common areas that do not have any type of access limitations within its facilities. The building has NO private parking, so vehicles can be parked without any problem outside the building in the streets adjacent to the lodging or if you prefer in public parking with charge one and two blocks from the building. Guatape lakeview is NOT recommended for people who seek total silence or have a light sleep, because its location on the main street of the pier, can generate external noise that may affect your rest. We established biosecurity protocols that fully clean and disinfect between each change of guests.
